At Cascayde we hope you are delighted with every purchase, however if for whatever reason you wish to return something we ask:
- That you notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your goods.
- That you provide proof of purchase.
- That the items are unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Postage is non-refundable and items are returned at your own cost.
If your goods have arrived damaged then please, if possible, include photographs in your email.
Upon return items will be inspected and we will send you an email notification confirming any refund.
Return shipping is at your own risk and you may wish to consider using a signed for service.
